"Ordinary  People"

The academy award winning film “Ordinary People” chronicles the journey of a depressed teen tormented by guilt following the accidental death of his brother.  His family struggles with their own private sense of loss and helplessness.  Symposium participants used the film's powerful narrative as a springboard for exploring the connection between individual symptomology, clinical diagnosis, and family homeostasis.  The program provided 6 (six) CEHs for LMFTs, LPCs, and Provisional Licensees in diagnosis along with a delicious buffet lunch.
